Newcomb's Atomic Hot Sauce

Recipes Featuring Newcomb’s Atomic Hot Sauce:

Newcomb’s Atomic Bloody Mary

12 oz. V-8 Juice
1.5 oz. Chopin vodka (or other great tasting vodka)
1 tsp. olive brine
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. fresh grated horse radish
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/8 lemon (wedge)
2 olives
1 celery stick
1 pinch fresh ground pepper
4 drams Newcomb’s Atomic Hot Sauce*

Mix V-8 juice, vodka, olive brine, Worcestershire sauce, horse radish, celery salt and Newcomb’s Atomic Hot Sauce. Pour over ice in a celery salt rimmed glass. Squeeze lemon wedge and drop it in. Add fresh ground black pepper and stir with slice of celery stick. Garnish with olives.

* 4 Drams = 1 tablespoon

Newcomb’s Atomic Hot Shot

1 oz. Chopin vodka
4 drams Newcomb’s Atomic Hot Sauce
1/8 lemon (wedge)

Wipe rim of shot glass with lemon. Lightly salt rim. Squeeze a little lemon juice into the glass. Add hot sauce. Pour chilled vodka over hot sauce and stir.

Newcomb’s Atomic Hot Tomater

12 oz. Beck’s Premium Light beer (or similar light lager) ice cold
8-12oz. V-8 or (tomato juice) chilled
1/8 lemon wedge
4 drams Newcomb’s Atomic Hot Sauce

Pour V-8 juice into a tall chilled glass. Mix in Newcomb’s Atomic Hot Sauce. Add beer and give a gentle stir. Garnish with lemon wedge and serve.
